The following items are non refundable

Downloadable software products this includes digital images and modelling Z-cards
Modelling Webfolios – due to the fact they have been built for the model and we are unable to undo the work

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
