What type of information does Glass Studios collect how does it use it?
Glass Studios does not require you to provide us with any personal information in order to browse the website. However, in order to submit an application to Glass Studios , Users must provide us with certain personal information, including (without limitation) (i) a User´s name, address, telephone number and email address, (ii) photographs of Users (collectively, “Contributions”).
Glass Studios will not collect any personal information from you other than through the website. In the event that you submit your personal information to us, we will use such personal information for internal purposes and for contacting you about events and media related to Glass Studios and its affiliate and associates´ activities; Glass Studios may release such personal information to third parties if we believe such release is necessary to comply with the law (e.g., a statutory requirement for disclosure or a court order), to apply or enforce our Terms, to protect our rights or property, if we reasonably believe that a danger to any person requires disclosure of such personal information, or as part of a corporate reorganisation, consolidation, merger, or sale of substantially all of the assets of Glass Studios
Additionally, we use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. These return email addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not sold to or shared with outside parties.
Glass Studios also may, from time to time and without notice, use your personal information to enable authorised or approved modelling agencies, photographers, bookers, scouts and the like to search Glass Studios database of users.
Please keep in mind that portions of the Contributions contained in your application may be made publicly viewable on the website by us. Do not submit any Contributions to the website that you do not want publicly available.
